Cancellations

If the cancellation is more than 6 weeks prior to your booking, you will forfeit your deposit.

If you cancel less than 6 weeks before your booking you will forfeit the deposit and any hire fees paid, if we are able to rebook the RV we will refund the hire fee for those days re sold less an administration charge of $100 per week.

We recommend you take out adequate insurance to cover unforeseen cancellation.

If, on arrival to collect the RV, your license is unacceptable due to endorsements, defacement or incorrect vehicle categories, no monies will be refunded.

Collections

The RV will be prepared and a member of staff will be made ready for the collection time arranged. Our handovers are made by appointment.

On collection

Please make sure you have watched our handover Video & this is a good time to ask any questions.

We will check your documentation and show you round the RV to familiarize you with the vehicle and its fittings. We will agree any damage already present and also the inventory of equipment supplied.

Returns

Returns need to be be at the time agreed.

Sorry we do insist on you being punctual, as we want to make sure the vehicle is fully prepared for the next customers use.

Late returns will incur fees at the rate of $75 per/part hour.

On return;

The fuel tank needs to be returned at the same level provided, normally full.

The waste water empty,

And the toilet empty and clean, a emptying charge will be made if this is not done of $60.

The RV needs to be cleaned to a reasonable standard i.e.” how you would expect to find it.” a cleaning charge will be made if this is not reasonable of $60. The RVs will be checked for damage and the inventory for any shortages.
